Roger is the senior partner and deals with commercial and domestic conveyancing, Wills and Powers of Attorney. Roger has been with the firm since he qualified as a Solicitor in 1976. He enjoys most sports, especially football. He was involved for many years managing a side at Petersfield Town Juniors. He particularly enjoys sailing. |

| Dennis Morrison |
Wills, probate, trust matters, inheritance tax planning, Company law and other commercial matters, including partnerships. Dennis is a family man. His interests include gardening, cooking and fishing for sea trout. He also likes to spend his free time in the summer watching cricket. |

| Samantha Small |
Samantha joined the firm in September 2005. Sam, who is a solicitor, deals with all aspects of family work and litigation matters. Sam is a member of Resolution and is also currently undertaking training in order to qualify as a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Sam’s hobbies include cricket (she's a keen supporter of Hampshire and England) and lacrosse. She is a member of her local Church Council. |

| Patrick Hunter |
Patrick has been with us since January 2004. He spent some years as an archaeologist after taking his Master's degree at Sheffield University, before deciding on a change of career. He still spends some of his spare time "digging," is a rugby coach and enjoys fishing. He is able to advise on legal matters affecting archaeology but he mainly deals with probate. He can turn his hand to wills and both residential and commercial conveyancing and also undertakes trade mark registrations. |

| Michael Parr |
Michael has been with us since 1972 and is a highly experienced Legal Executive. He specialises in probate, trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and most tax matters. He is a member of the Society of Estate & Trust Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly. He is married and when not spending time with their dog enjoys angling and snooker. |

| Charlotte Oldham |
Charlotte joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2007 and qualified in September 2009. She has a degree in Biology from the University of Southampton and an LLB from the College of Law following completion of her studies. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys cooking, camping and socialising with family and friends as well as regularly attending the gym to keep fit. Charlotte is able to advise on all aspects of Family law and Litigation and also deals with some conveyancing matters. |

| Ros Mann |
Ros Mann has been associated with us since 2007. Ros is a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 1996. You will find Ros in our busy conveyancing department where she predominantly practices in residential conveyancing. In her spare time Ros enjoys singing in a local choir, music, walking the family dogs, cooking, reading and socialising with family and friends. |
